Youth Camp, West Virginia, Wednesday Night Activities, Chill Out Friday and more!
This week has been a busy one for our church and our association. We have had a group of youth at camp and a group on a mission trip in West Virginia. They have both had wonderful weeks and we're looking forward to hearing more from them in the coming weeks.
This Wednesday the kids will be going bowling! The bus will leave from church at 5:00 and will return around 8:00. The cost is $20 and the deadline to register is Monday, July 15 at noon. The youth will be having an open gym night and the adults will be watching The Chosen Season 4.
We hope that you will join WAFJ and us in our church park on Friday, July 19 from 12-1. Pelican snowballs will be there as well giving away free snow cones as long as supplies last!
Next Sunday, July 21 we will have our Quarterly Church Conference. Exciting things are ahead for our church and we hope that you will be a part of these meetings and what the Lord is doing in and through our church.
Please consider stopping by the church on July 25 to donate blood. There is a great need in our area and we would encourage all who are able to come and donate.
It's Christmas in July and we have a lofty goal of 400 shoeboxes! In addition to the physical boxes we will collect on July 28, we are also aiming to "pack" 100 boxes online! These boxes will go to countries that are closed to the gospel.
