Inside: Commitment Sunday, Monthly Ministry Donation, and VBS dates!
This Sunday is our commitment Sunday for our Capital Campaign. During worship, we will bring our commitment cards and our first fruit offering. You should have received a commitment card in your bag that we passed out on launch Sunday. You can bring that back already filled out, or there will be a card in the bulletin Sunday that you can fill out. Below, you will find a copy of what the commitment card will look like so that you can be prepared.
Your three-year commitment should include the total you plan to give over the next three years and your first fruit offering that you will bring with you Sunday. Then you will indicate how you plan to give that money. If you have any questions before Sunday, please email ctarver@fbcthomson.org.
After morning worship on Sunday, we will have lunch in the gym to celebrate all that God is doing in and through our church! Please plan to stay and celebrate with us!
If you're like me, by the time I've gotten home on Sunday afternoons, I've forgotten about the ministry donation. Sometimes, getting any additional items to church is too much to think about. Now you can give what you would've spent on the ministry items, and we will do the shopping for you! You can give using the Realm app, go to our website, or scan the giving QR code that is in the bulletin each week. Using any of these methods, go to giving and select "Monthly Ministry "Blue Bin" from the drop-down list of funds. These monthly donations are extremely helpful in helping us meet the needs of our community and sharing the hope of the gospel with them!
